A dental crown is a cap that is fitted to your tooth to protect badly damaged or cracked teeth. It strengthens your existing, damaged tooth to preserve its functionality and aesthetic. Crown / capping also gives normal shape of developmentally abnormal teeth. Two or more crown help to close spacing between front teeth. Root canal treatment may be needed before Capping. In that case costing of RCT will be added to costing to crown.

Dental bridges are false teeth, which are anchored onto neighboring teeth in order to replace one or more missing teeth. The false tooth is fused in between two crowns that serve as anchors. This restores both the function and aesthetic of the missing tooth/teeth on a permanent basis. It is fixed to adjacent tooth so no need to remove for cleaning. Root canal treatment may be needed before bridge. In that case costing of RCT will be added to costing to bridge.

Veneers are an ideal way of treating discoloured or unsightly teeth, closing gaps between front teeth, and/or repairing and covering chips and cracks.

Porcelain Veneers Porcelain veneers are thin pieces of porcelain which fit onto the front of the teeth. Their shape, size and colour are designed to fit each patient's individual teeth. Veneers look completely natural and blend in perfectly with the rest of the teeth.

Composite Veneers Composite veneers have the same function as porcelain veneers, however they require little if any tooth reduction (filing) and the treatment can be completed in a single visit. Dentures are replacements for missing teeth that can be taken out and put back into your mouth. While dentures take some getting used to, and will never feel exactly the same as one's natural teeth, today's dentures are natural looking and more comfortable than ever.

How do Dentures Work?

With full dentures, a flesh-colored acrylic base fits over your gums. The base of the upper denture covers the palate (the roof of your mouth), while that of the lower denture is shaped like a horseshoe to accommodate your tongue.

Dentures are custom-made in a dental laboratory from impressions taken of your mouth. Your dentist will determine which of the three types of dentures described below is best for you.

How Long do Dentures Last?

Over a period of time, your denture will need to be relined, remade, or rebased due to normal wear. Rebasing means making a new base while keeping the existing denture teeth. Also, as you age, your mouth naturally changes. These changes cause your dentures to loosen, making chewing difficult and irritating your gums. At a minimum, you should see your dentist annually for a checkup.

Here are tips for caring for your dentures:

• When handling your dentures, stand over a folded towel or basin of water. Dentures are delicate and may break if dropped.
• Don't let your dentures dry out. Place them in a denture cleanser soaking solution or in plain water when you're not wearing them. Never use hot water, which can cause them to warp.
• Brushing your dentures daily will remove food deposits and plaque, and help prevent them from becoming stained. An ultrasonic cleaner may be used to care for your dentures, but it does not replace a thorough daily brushing.
• Brush your gums, tongue and palate every morning with a soft-bristled brush before you insert your dentures. This stimulates circulation in your tissues and helps remove plaque.
• See your dentist if your dentures break, chip, crack or become loose. Don't be tempted to adjust them yourself — this can damage them beyond repair.

Whitening Home Kit
This kit is an easy, affordable and effective way of whitening your teeth. On the first appointment, we will take an impression to create a custom tray for your teeth. After a week you will return to the clinic to collect your kit, which includes an upper and lower whitening tray as well as whitening gel in an applicator tube. You can use the trays overnight to create bright, white smile.

Combined Whitening
The Combined Teeth Whitening consists of four 15 minutes sessions of Professional Zoom! Chairside Whitening gel plus the Whitening Home Kit (upper and lower whitening trays + 2 applicators). This system is a scientifically advanced tooth whitening procedure that quickly and safely brings a beautiful, white smile using a specially designed gel and lamp in the clinic, supplemented by the home whitening follow-up treatment described above.
